Understand the Root. Change the Pattern.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer that combines clinical hypnosis with a range of therapeutic techniques to help uncover and transform subconscious beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be influencing the way you think, feel, and respond.
Have you ever known exactly what you want to change, yet found yourself doing the same thing anyway? You may consciously want to feel confident, trust yourself, have a healthier relationship, stop procrastinating, change a habit, or move forward in your life—yet something seems to keep pulling you back into familiar ways of thinking, feeling or responding.
This can happen because our conscious intentions don't always match the beliefs and patterns we've learned over time. Experiences throughout our lives can shape what we come to believe about ourselves, other people and the world around us. Some of those beliefs may have helped us cope, adapt or feel safe at the time, but can continue influencing us long after the original circumstances have changed.
RTT explores what may be beneath the pattern—helping you understand where it came from, what it has been trying to do for you, and whether that belief still belongs in your life today.
- Subconscious beliefs
- Emotional responses
- Earlier experiences
- Meanings we learned to attach to those experiences
- Learned patterns of thinking and responding
RTT explores what may be beneath the surface — not simply to revisit the past, but to understand how earlier experiences may still be influencing the present.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation — similar to becoming completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or familiar activity.
During an RTT session, hypnosis helps quiet some of the distractions of everyday thinking, allowing you to focus more deeply on your internal experience and the patterns you want to explore.
You remain aware, conscious, and in control throughout the session.
You can speak, respond to questions, and choose what you are comfortable exploring. Hypnosis isn’t about giving up control. It’s about changing where your attention is focused.
We identify the goal
We begin with the issue you’d like to work on and what you’d like to be different.
You enter hypnosis
I’ll guide you into a relaxed, focused state.
We explore the pattern
We’ll explore experiences, emotions, beliefs, and connections related to the issue.
We identify the meaning
Together, we’ll look at what you may have learned or concluded about yourself from those experiences — and how those conclusions may still be influencing you today.
Interrupt & Reframe the Pattern
Using RTT techniques, we'll interrupt the old pattern and reframe the beliefs that no longer reflect who you are today, creating a more supportive perspective to move forward with.
Reinforce & Rewire
Your personalized recording helps reinforce the new perspective and supports your brain as you practise and integrate new ways of thinking and responding.
Every session is tailored to you.
Your brain is capable of change throughout life.
Neuroplasticity is the brain's natural ability to adapt and change through learning, experience, attention and repeated practice.
Patterns we repeat can become familiar. But familiar doesn't mean permanent. As we learn and practice new ways of thinking and responding, the brain can strengthen those new pathways too.
Your past may have shaped your patterns. It doesn't have to determine what happens next.
RTT is grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity, clinical hypnotherapy, and psychology.
While RTT is a relatively new therapeutic modality, it incorporates established, evidence-informed practices, particularly clinical hypnotherapy.
Research continues to explore the effectiveness of hypnotherapy across a range of applications, including anxiety, emotional well-being, pain management, and other health-related concerns.
RTT brings these approaches together with focused subconscious exploration, regression, and personalized belief work to help clients understand and transform patterns that may be influencing their lives.

Every person and every goal is different. Some people experience meaningful change after one RTT session, while others choose to work through two or three sessions when there are several connected patterns or areas they want to explore.
Every RTT session includes a personalized transformation recording and follow-up support to help reinforce the new perspectives and support continued integration after the session. During your complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your goals and what approach may be the best fit for you.
